The menu is adapted to the seasons to guarantee the freshness and quality of the dishes whose reputation in the region is well established. The beautiful coastal fish, the snails of the Marquenterre or in autumn, game, cream shiatsu marrow soup, and scallops can be appreciated either as "saveurs", or "découverte" on the menu.
